Would you be willing to let a person who cheats in school be senior class president?

So for 2012 the senior class president was running against me in the election and I lost honestly. That in itself i don't mind at all. But for years this person has been cheating on every single test we have in school and I know several people who can attest to this. I don't feel comfortable at all about letting such a fraudulent person being president. So should I write the school a letter or just ignore it? In the end I'm going to pick what I think is right but I would like to hear other peoples arguement.
