Can I still get into Harvard?

I'm a freshman in high school. I used to get straight A's, but my GPA dropped to a 3.5. If I get straight A's my sophomore,junior and first semester of senior year(2nd semester doesn't matter lol) and a high SAT score. Will I be accepted into Harvard,any Ivy League or respectable school like Duke,Johns Hopkins, Northwestern,Georgetown,etc.? My grandfather went to Harvard and my dad to Columbia so I absolutely can't go to a state school.
