C�ncession in rail fare for unemployed youth?

I m, today, going to attend written test for executive trainee in NPCIL (a GOI enterprise). Exam is on satureday.. And i've the attested copy of the calling only,and not the application form (since it was online). Will i get concession in fare? What percent? Plz help..
