What document are received after divorce?I have taken divorce & i have received xerox paper (attested)?

I have taken divorce & i have received xerox paper (attested) not sure if they are enough, As the divorce was on mutual consent and we had same lawyer but the the lawyer was not at all helpful to me. Now when i called- he is not responding. please advice
