We maintain separate bedrooms and have not had sex in 3 years. Is that considered separated?

I want to file for a no fault divorce in SC, but can't afford to move out, and neither can he. We live with my parents. They can attest to the fact that we maintain separate living quarters. Can we still claim that we have lived separated?
