Mitrofanoff and ACE surgeries(spina bifida)?

I wanna ask you guys is it possible to get these two operations done one time? how long it'll take? where is the best State in the US that can help me have a successful operation? is John hopkins hospital a good place for that? In fact I am 18 years old. I have a really hard time passing stools ;( it's so hectic and tiring I take laxavatives in order to flush out! and its completely tiring.. please help me out there i really wanna take a step in my life
