May I know the process on how to attest my CPA board certificate at UAE embassy in Manila?

I was told by my employer in Dubai to have my CPA board certificate be attested at UAE embassy in Manila, Philippines. My CPA board certificate has been authenticated (Red Ribbon) already. I've read some answers here that there's no need to personally come to UAE embassy at Manila but thru DHL only. Just want to make sure if that is still the process. I am currently here in Manila, Philippines. What is my first step in doing so? Thanks in advance.
