Certificates Attestation?

Hi friends, i worked in muscat until April 2011 and searching for a better job in Dubai. I just want to know about the certificates attestation. What all are the certificates i have to get attested. Either directly i can do or through Agency? If you have any Agency contact no, pls provide me. I need the full procedure to get this certificate attestation. Pls help me, thanks in advance.
