What colleges could I get into?

I know it may be a little early to think about college, but I'm just curious. I want to become a doctor. I will be a junior this coming fall. I had a 3.6 gpa freshman year, a 3.8 gpa sophomore year, and am planning to get a 3.9-4.0 gpa junior year.I speak fluent Greek and have many extra curriculars, including sports and instruments. I got a 710 on the SAT II: Chemistry. Assuming I do pretty well on my SATs and ACTs, what colleges do I have a good chance of getting into? I was considering NYU, Tufts, and John Hopkins. And I'm considering applying to one or two Ivy Leagues just for the heck of it (like Brown, Dartmouth, Penn State, Harvard, Yale, etc.) Any suggestions? All answers are appreciated :-)
