What is the procedure to follow to get my degree certificate recognized by PE Board/BCA singapore?

dear all.... i got a job opportunity in singapore. the company asking me my attested/approved certificate from PE Board/BCA of singapore. right now, i am in india. how it is possible to attest my certificate with PE Board/BCA???
