Should I submit both SAT/ACT scores?

Some colleges (I know Columbia is one) require applicants to send ALL scores, so you don't really have an option there. Most of the time, you can choose which scores you want to send. I'd go with the SAT score (You were 40 points away from a perfect score, damn, girl--that's really good. I'm impressed and proud of you even though I don't know you.)
