Do you think that a doctor that didn't graduate from?

harvard, johns hopkins, washington U in st. Louis, U of Penn, or U of C san fran (the top 5 medical schools in america) are poorly trained? more specifically, do you think that someone who was trained at the 43rd best medical school in america is poorly trained? I ask this because I just read a (Real life) murder novel where the author claimed that the doctor (who graduated from wake forest med school - 43th best med school in america) was obviously poorly trained because he didn't go to one of the top 5 med schools.
