Can i still make it into my dream colleges if...?

my freshman year i ended up with a 3.7 for a gpa because of 3 b's. That was the worst year of my life due to many reasons. This year im transferring too one of the top charter school in the country, if i got a 4.0 for the rest of high school, would colleges notice this upward trend? i want to go to yale,harvard,berkley,ucsd,Princeton,stan… john hopkins.. i know i will need great test scores and extra activities, i will also be taking plenty of AP classes
