Search and Rescue training for my bloodhound?

I want to do search and rescue with my blood hound. She has an amazing nose and she is very trainable. She is 1 year old. I live near blue springs Missouri. She has a problem with one of her legs, but it doesn't effect her in any way. Any help, would be greatly appriciated.
