Is it compulsory to go to delhi for saudi consulate stamp or can it be done in mumbai too?

HI...I hav done my b.e. and diploma in mech. engg. i sta y in mumbai ,recently i got selected in mnc in saudi the compnay has asked me to get my degree certificate attested...i have got my gedree certificate verified and attested from the ministry but i want to take the saudi consulate stamp my question is .......can i get it done in mumbai [saudi consulate office] or do i have to go to delhi [saudi consulate office] and if going to delhi is compulsary can i get it done by agent or i have to visit there personally..plz reply urgent on azharhushye@yahoo.co.in
