How can I show the research I have been doing to colleges?

I am going to be a senior this and want to go to a good school like Johns Hopkins or Duke. I have done research on problems that face developing countries and possible solutions during my summer trips to India. How can I show colleges this research? I know good schools are looking for this sort of stuff these days. Thank you!!
