Can anyone with a Thinkpad T420 (the 14" model) attest to the ease of use for someone with large hands?

Does the Thinkpad T420 (March 2011) have the same keyboard as the 15 inch model? If it does, I assume I'd have no problems using it. I'd like a laptop that is portable as possible, but I have a set of what one may call "frankenstein" hands. They aren't green, but smaller laptops often pose a problem when I want to type. I can't really use netbooks at all. I'm ordering from a site that doesn't provide many photos, and the photos that are available make it difficult to determine the actual size of the thing.
